Our client, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of HVAC equipment and services, is looking to fill a pivotal role to expand their footprint in the UK’s Pharmaceutical sector. Renowned for quality, excellent after-sales care, and consistent growth, they are committed to investing in their people and now seek to recruit externally due to expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global head of the pharmaceutical vertical market to drive sales in the UK market
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, including end users, architects, consultants, contractors, and quantity surveyors, showcasing the company’s HVAC solutions
- Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and challenges
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules to prepare competitive proposals - Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Development Plan aligned with the company’s strategy and target
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in key account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts
- Confident speaker who can effectively deliver complex technical presentations
- Proactive and customer-centric mindset
- Results-driven with a continuous focus on quality and client satisfaction
