Job Title: Business Development Manager – Flowrapping in Packaging Machinery

As they continue to expand their product offerings, they are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the efforts in the flowrapping segment of packaging machinery.





Market Development:

  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the flowrapping segment of the packaging machinery industry.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.


Client Acquisition:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific packaging needs and challenges.
  • Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and networking.


Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our flowrapping machinery products and their applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our solutions.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the flowrapping product line.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, working towards sustainable business growth.


Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our flowrapping machinery.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.


Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements related to flowrapping machinery.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.




  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the packaging machinery industry, with a focus on flowrapping solutions.
  • Strong understanding of flowrapping technology and its applications in different industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
