Job Title: Business Development Manager – Coding and Marking Solutions

As part of their expansion strategy, they are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager to lead their efforts in driving growth and market share for our coding and marking solutions.

 

Responsibilities

Market Development:

  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the coding and marking solutions sector.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.

Client Acquisition:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific coding and marking requirements.
  • Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and networking.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our coding and marking products and their applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our solutions.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for coding and marking solutions. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, working towards sustainable business growth.

Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our coding and marking solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements related to coding and marking solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.

 

Qualifications
