Your Role: Key Account Manager


As a pivotal member of their team, you will:

  • Foster and enhance customer relationships through direct sales, agents, and distributors.
  • Drive sales growth by following up on leads and proactively increasing product sales.
  • Collaborate with sales agents and distributors to provide optimal technical solutions for ventilation systems.
  • Conduct engaging technical sales presentations to end-users and consultants.
  • Identify and penetrate End-User organizations, introducing cutting-edge ventilation solutions.
  • Manage turnover/margins and contribute to the development of the yearly sales strategy plan.



Ideal Experience

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven commercial sales experience in B2B technical sales, preferably with exposure to third-party sales.
  • Expertise in solution-selling concepts.
  • Preferably, a technical background in ventilation systems, particularly in fan selection.
  • Good electrical knowledge, including electrical motors and control systems.
  • Familiarity with standards and regulations for "land" applications.
  • Trustworthy, attentive individuals with excellent customer-focused communication skills.
  • International experience working across diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with IFS CRM systems.
