Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will take ownership of managing and growing key accounts within the Food and Beverage sector, responsible for $25 million in sales revenue. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing Food and Beverage customers, identifying growth opportunities.
- Prospect and onboard new customers in the industry, with a minimal spend of £500,000.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Ability to sell a leading product on its feature and benefits, not price.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record in sales and key account management within the flexible packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of the Food and Beverage market and its unique challenges.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
- Results-oriented and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
