As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to lead and expand our presence in the filling packaging machinery segment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key national accounts, understanding their unique needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans for filling packaging machinery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and channels for growth within the national account segment.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to filling packaging machinery.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market intelligence.

Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for national account customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless collaboration and a unified approach in serving national accounts.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in national account management within the packaging machinery industry, with a focus on filling solutions.
  • Strong understanding of filling machinery technology and its applications across different sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
