Seven Executive are looking for a Strategic Sales Leader to drive revenue, manage a dynamic sales team and cultivate strong client relationships in the air conditioning industry.

To develop and execute a sales strategy, manage a high-performing sales team, and establish strong relationships with key clients and partners. The Sales Director will play a critical role in driving growth and profitability by leading and overseeing all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue and profitability targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team, setting clear targets and providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and distributors.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our air conditioning products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients. Work with other senior members of the business to develop the product offering.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control
- Sales Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant KPIs for the executive team.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Skills and Experience
- Sales Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams in the air conditioning or related industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop effective sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client connections.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the air conditioning industry, including products, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and maintain profitable relationships.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budget management and financial analysis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant sales software and tools.
