This pivotal role drives the sales strategy and leads the sales team for a business unit in the Food market. As such, this role ensures growing key customer accounts, developing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Reporting directly to the Vice President this role is critical to collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Define sales objectives and strategies aligned with the customer needs and the company's overall goals.
- Partner to identify market opportunities, assess the competitive landscape, and formulate effective sales tactics.
- Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships to maximize revenue growth.
- Integrate market data, competition, trends, and other factors to develop a commercial strategy
- Directly manage a team of Sales Directors and 40 staff indirectly underneath them.
