- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the food processing sector.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion within the food processing and packaging machinery industry.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and provide insights to shape the company's sales strategy.
- Set ambitious sales targets and drive the team to exceed revenue goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
