Our History

  • 2021 | January

    Seven Executive was formed!

    January 2021 saw the birth of Seven Executive, from John's renovated garage and Tom's kitchen table, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • 2021 | September

    We made our first hire!

    And what a hire it was, we welcomed Izaac Clarke into the Seven team just shortly after moving into our brand new high spec leeds office.

  • 2021 | October

    We've only gone and done it again!

    The only way was up, following the instant success of Izaac we went on to add another to the team, Sy!

  • 2021 | December

    We won our first award!

    Supplier of the year with a global packaging manufacturer by filling 20+ sales/commercial roles (ones which historically they have struggled to fill).

  • 2022

    2022 has gone on as a year to remember, with the growth we could have never imagined in our second year!

    Notably, our team expanded to 8 exceptional individuals, as we welcomed three new members to the Seven family: Ben, Amelia, and Emmy.

    Their unique talents and dedication have played a crucial role in our success, enabling us to serve our clients with unparalleled excellence.

  • 2023

    In 2023, we experienced significant growth and positive developments, further enhancing our service quality, expanding our team, and establishing new divisions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

    One notable addition to the team is Oliver Clarke-Irons, who joined as a recruitment consultant in our newly formed Medical Devices division. With his expertise in the field, we are now better equipped to serve clients in the thriving Medical Devices industry. We were also excited to welcome Cosmos Lemos, who brings extensive experience and knowledge to our team. Cosmos spearheads our new division focused on Private Equity & SME's within the HVAC Services industry, specialising in C-Suite and Senior Executive level appointments and providing comprehensive support to firms in this sector. Already he is making a significant impact, by placing CFOs/GMs in North America.

    Moreover, we introduced Johnathan Chapman as our Head of Research. With his strategic insights and strong research capabilities, we enhanced our ability to identify and engage top executive talent across all our markets.

    These recent additions and divisions signify our commitment to continuously improving our services and expanding our expertise to better serve you - our client's and candidate's unique needs. We now look forward to leveraging these newfound areas to deliver exceptional executive recruitment solutions.
