Sophia is a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Support Manager at Seven Executive, supporting the firm’s recruitment consultants with high-quality administrative and operational support. Her role is central to ensuring processes run efficiently, data remains accurate, and consultants are able to focus on delivering for clients and candidates.
She is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Seven Executive’s CRM system, formatting CVs and candidate documentation to company standards, and building tailored distribution lists to support candidate marketing campaigns. Sophia also prepares detailed candidate profiles, supports market mapping activity, and works closely with the Operations team to improve workflows and maximise the effective use of data across the business.
