Within Digital Infrastructure, Tom supports investors, operators and high-growth businesses across Fiber/FTTx, Data Centers, ISPs, Telecoms and Wireless Infrastructure. Across Packaging Machinery, he works with manufacturers and equipment providers operating throughout the global packaging market.
With more than a decade of executive search experience, Tom has developed an extensive international network and a strong understanding of the commercial and operational demands behind senior appointments. He has delivered searches across sales, operations, engineering, production and C-level leadership, supporting businesses through growth, investment, succession and transformation.
Tom takes a proactive, headhunting-led approach to every assignment. He works closely with clients to understand the wider objectives behind each hire before identifying and engaging high-performing professionals, including those who are not actively exploring the market.

Outside of work, Tom dedicates himself to the golf course. He also enjoys cooking with a glass of red and spending time with his young family.
