Tom is responsible for managing and consulting on Seven Executive’s overall marketing and business development strategy. His background lies in both recruitment businesses and agencies, and he is a firm believer that marketing and consultants can unify as one.
On a mission to change the perception of recruitment’s marketing function as just the fun and ‘fluffy’ stuff, Tom proves that it can have so much more impact on a business’ bottom line. He does this through his tried-and-tested methods of targeting ideal customer profiles with value-added content and strategic messaging, as well as leveraging cutting-edge tools and tech to generate meaningful conversations, showcase expertise, build trust, and enhance market credibility.
But there’s much more to Tom than just recruitment marketing. In 2016, he founded one of the UK's leading underground record labels and events companies, 1Forty. And in his spare time, he’s also an avid sports lover (favourites include snooker, pool, football and basketball), IPA connoisseur, and proud parent to a black lab called Milo.
